As Ellswear Activewear is the designer and manufacturer of fashions on this site, we are able to give customers more options in terms of color, trim and more that will flatter your body and tastes. As a result, we often make up your customized order when it is received. Priority is given to orders made from the web site to compensate for mail shipping times. As a result, for items not immediately in stock, there is a 10 day timeframe to manufacture your order. Your items(s) will be shipped out immediately afterward. Estimated shipping times shown in the Shipping Table are provided by Canada Post and do not take into account manufacturing time, and therefore your shipment may take up to 10 days later than indicated on the table. If you require more immediate service, please contact us to make alternate arrangements for overnight or next day courier services.
Shipping Fees are shown in the Shipping Table, and are dependent on your geographic location and the size of order you are placing.
Canada: Rather than provide a flat rate per package for postage and handling (regardless of how far away you live), our rates are grouped by territories with similar postal costs to maximize customer savings. We therefore offer three shipping rates for Canadian customers as follows:
United States: Postage rates from Canada to US
destinations are relatively consistent regardless of the state our customers
reside in, and therefore a flat rate is offered.
Order size is measured by the amount of your purchase. For shipping purposes, there is a different shipping rate for each Cdn $100 spent, not including taxes or other charges. When you make a purchase from a North American location, shipping costs will be automatically inserted into the shopping cart under your ordered items. You will see the exact shipping amount before you make your purchase. Important:
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are charged once
your package reaches your country. Ellswear Activewear does not collect duties
and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do
incur these additional charges, you might be presented with an invoice, which
you are responsible for. For more
