Ellswear Activewear Online offers a satisfaction-guaranteed shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. (Please check the return conditions below to determine whether your return is eligible for a refund).

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PURCHASE

To return your purchase, simply click the "Return Form" button above, print out and fill in the form  (to avoid any delay in processing your refund, please ensure the form is thoroughly completed). Please mail the completed form, original invoice and the item(s) you wish to return to the address on the form. 

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs when making a return.

Exchanges are not available by mail. If you wish to exchange your purchase please follow the above return procedures and place a new order for the new item.  Items may also be exchanged in the Ellswear Activewear Victoria Store.  See the Contact Ellswear section for store location.

Ellswear Activewear is committed to design and manufacture of the highest quality garments. Should a manufacturing flaw be discovered, please return the item and a replacement item will promptly be sent to you, at our expense.

RECEIVING A REFUND

Once we receive the return and determine that it complies with our Return Conditions, we will refund you the cost of the merchandise, plus any applicable taxes. Your refund will be credited only to the credit card you used to make the purchase. We ask that you kindly allow two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs, as well as duties and/or taxes for International orders.

RETURN CONDITIONS

2 Calendar Weeks:
All returns must be postmarked no later than 2 calendar weeks after the order is placed.

DOCUMENTATION:
Your invoice and a completed Return Form (available at the top of this page) must accompany your returned item(s) in order for Ellswear Activewear to process your refund.

ORIGINAL CONDITION:
All returned items must be in their original state, unused / unwashed and hang tags still attached before they can be accepted for a refund.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

Ellswear is not able to offer a return for discount items. If these items are returned to Ellswear Activewear they will be sent back to you at your expense.
